Privacy Policy
Olyve respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Olyve is operated by JAG Media Group LLC (“Olyve,” “we,” “us”).
What we collect
- Account information you provide when you sign in — your email address and, if you share it, your name.
- Photos and renders. The room photos you upload, reference images you attach, and the images Olyve generates for you.
- Purchase and credit status. Whether you have an active subscription and your remaining credit balance. Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your card details.
- Device and diagnostic data. Basic device information and crash reports so we can keep the app working.
How we use it
We use your data to deliver the rendering service, sync your projects across your devices, manage your subscription and credits, and improve the product. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. Your photos and renders are stored privately and are accessible only to you.
Third-party services
Olyve relies on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
- OpenAI — image generation. Your photo and instructions are sent to OpenAI to produce a render and are not used to train their models.
- Apple — Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases through the App Store.
Retention
Your projects and renders are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Temporary working files created during a render are removed automatically once the render completes.
Your choices
- Delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. This permanently removes your projects, renders, and personal data from our servers.
- Permissions. You can revoke camera and photo access in iOS Settings at any time.
- Data requests. Email info@olyve.studio from the address on your account to access or delete your data.
Children
Olyve is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We will update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app before they take effect.
