By using Olyve you agree to these terms. Olyve is operated by JAG Media Group LLC (“Olyve,” “we,” “us”).
Use of the service
Olyve provides AI-powered interior design rendering. You may use the service for personal and non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the renders you create.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content that infringes copyrights, depicts minors, contains explicit material, or violates applicable laws. You agree not to reverse-engineer the service or use it to harass, defraud, or harm others. Uploads are screened automatically and content that violates these rules will be rejected without charge.
Subscriptions and credits
Paid subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID until cancelled in iOS Settings. Renders consume credits from your balance. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except that credits are automatically returned to you when a render fails on our side. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
AI-generated content
Renders are produced by third-party AI models and may contain errors or unexpected results. They are visualizations, not construction documents. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any render for any purpose, including matching real-world paint or product colors.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings inside the app.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olyve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
